Productive Discussion on Advanced Cyber Intelligence and Security Cooperation with Interpol Indonesia
We had the privilege of meeting with Brigadir Jenderal Polisi Dr. Untung Widyatmoko, S.I.K., M.H., Secretary of NCB (National Central Bureau) Interpol Indonesia under the International Relations Division (Divhubinter) of the Indonesian National Police.
The meeting provided an excellent platform to exchange views on emerging security challenges, cyber threats, and the growing importance of advanced intelligence technologies in supporting law enforcement agencies. A key focus of the discussion was the ShyamVNL RF Cyber Intelligence System, a technology designed to enhance situational awareness through radio frequency monitoring, signal intelligence, and cyber intelligence capabilities.
As cybercrime and transnational security threats continue to evolve, intelligence-driven solutions have become increasingly important for governments and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The discussion explored how modern RF and cyber intelligence systems can contribute to identifying threats, strengthening investigative capabilities, supporting border security, and enhancing national resilience against sophisticated criminal networks.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of international cooperation and information sharing in combating cyber-enabled crimes. With organizations such as Interpol playing a crucial role in facilitating cross-border collaboration, advanced technologies can serve as valuable tools in supporting intelligence-led operations and improving response capabilities.
Beyond security applications, the conversation touched on opportunities for technological collaboration, capacity building, and knowledge exchange between stakeholders in the public and private sectors. Such partnerships can help accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions that address both current and future security challenges.
We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to engage in this meaningful discussion and value the insights shared by Brigadier General Untung Widyatmoko. The meeting reflects a shared commitment to exploring innovative approaches that strengthen security, intelligence capabilities, and international cooperation in an increasingly interconnected world.
We look forward to continuing constructive dialogue and exploring future opportunities for collaboration in advancing cyber intelligence, security innovation, and law enforcement excellence.
