Mr. Shiyas formally introduced Brigadier General (Police) Prastijo Utomo, a highly respected figure in Indonesian law enforcement and defence circles, to Brigadier General Ajoy Mukherjee and Mr. Sunil Joshi, Vice President – Engineering of Shyam VNL Private Limited, one of India’s leading innovators in secure tactical communication systems and surveillance technologies.

Shyam VNL Pvt. Ltd. is known globally for its work in critical infrastructure, especially in areas such as:

Tactical communication for defence and paramilitary

Border surveillance and perimeter protection

Emergency communication systems

This introduction is more than a courtesy—it reflects an ongoing initiative to create meaningful partnerships between Indian defence technology providers and Southeast Asian security stakeholders.
