Akhuruth Zenith Solutions and Indonesian Companies Sign Strategic MoU for Investment and Development
Jakarta, 14 May 2025 – Akhuruth Zenith Solutions (Georgia) and Indonesian partners Intercrus, Adidaya Corporation, and Flores Sky Airlines today announced a strategic collaboration under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on 14 May 2025. The MoU was executed by Mr. Ajeesh Babu, Managing Director of Akhuruth Zenth Solutions, and Mr. Shiyas Pallipattuputhenpura Ummer, COO of Quang Ninh General Trading (a partner in Akhuruth). The partnership commits Akhuruth Group to channel strategic investment into Indonesia and to work closely with the Indonesian government and industry across defense, tourism, information technology, and infrastructure. The agreement also explicitly includes support for social and charitable projects in Indonesia, reflecting the group’s commitment to community development. Notably, the move comes at a time when Indonesia’s foreign direct investment surged – reaching US$13.67 billion in Q1 2025 (a 12.7% increase year-on-year)
